Bring the cake. We have the rest.

The most common party at the farm, and the easiest. No reservation, no fee, no host to book.

Most guests just arrive, pick a spot, and start.

• ●You may bring a birthday cake — the one outside-food exception. Everything else comes from the bakery and food stands.
• ●Arrive early and claim a couple of picnic tables out back; bring a tent or tables if you want your own spot.
• ●Most parties run 1–2 hours, but stay as long as you like.
• ●Playsets, the goat farm, and orchard walks are free. Wagon rides and the Honeycrisp Express run on fall weekends; pick-your-own when apples are ready.
• ●Want to treat the guests? Dated coupons for treats, drinks, or rides — pre-approved and prepaid.
• ●No indoor space: if the forecast turns, have a plan B.

Same farm, same rules, your people.

Baby showers, wedding showers, bachelorette parties, reunions, and family days follow the same rulebook as everyone else.

• ●Any day from August 1 to mid-September and mid-October through December; during the four peak weeks, Monday–Friday only.
• ●First come, first served seating; bring your own tent, tables, or chairs to make a gathering spot.
• ●Coupons for bakery, lunch, drinks, apple picking, or wagon rides — dated, pre-approved, prepaid.

• ●No outside food or beverages. No indoor space in the fall.

Weekdays, coupons, and a whole orchard.

Team outings work best Monday through Friday, when the farm is calm and the tables are open.

• ●Season windows: daily August 1 to mid-September and mid-October through December. In the four peak weeks (late Sept–early Oct) we host company events Monday–Friday only — weekends are given entirely to the public.
• ●No reservations and no reserved areas; first come, first served. Bring a tent or tables if you want a home base.
• ●The clean way to feed a team: coupons your people redeem anywhere on the farm — bakery, lunch, drinks, apple picking, wagon rides (weekends). Dated, pre-approved by our staff, prepaid.
• ●Thor’s Hard Cider and Saint Croix Vineyards can be part of the day — arrange with them directly.
• ●No outside food or beverages. No indoor space in the fall.
• ●To get started, send us your date, estimated group size, and any special considerations.

No tours. Just the farm, at your own pace.

We love welcoming motorcoach and senior groups. We do not offer structured tours — guests shop, relax, snack, and explore on their own schedule.

• ●Tell us you are coming: expected arrival time and an estimated headcount, ahead of time. A confirmation email the day before is a real help in the fall.
• ●The Apple Barn, bakery, gift shop, goat farm, and orchard walk are all self-guided. Wagon rides run on fall weekends.
• ●Guests buy what they like individually. If your group is more than 15 and you would like something specific ready on arrival — individual apple crisps, for example — ask ahead and we will have it waiting.
• ●We do not reserve tables and do not set up private catering.
• ●Accessible parking and ramps into the buildings.

We no longer offer tours or field trips.

We are no longer able to provide formal tours or educational programming for school groups.

• ●Students and their families are always welcome to come and enjoy the orchard on their own during the season.
• ●Teachers: if you are planning a family-organized visit rather than a class trip, the bus-group notes above apply.

Use the farm as your backdrop.

Family portraits, senior pictures, and other personal sessions are welcome.

• ●No fee and no reservation for personal photography sessions.
• ●Please credit Aamodt’s Apple Farm in any photos you share or publish.
• ●Be mindful of our guests and operations, especially on peak fall weekends — come early, or pick a weekday for a calmer session.
• ●We aren’t able to host organized photo events or client-appreciation gatherings (real estate and similar business promotion) — on a fall weekend a walk-up farm can’t give a group like that the space and attention it deserves.
