So throughout peak apple season, we’ll be serving up special treats. Some, like our traditional apple pies, have been fall favorites for decades. But just about every year we’re cooking up something new.
Chris’ Apple Brat
Aamodt’s apple brats are famous among Twin Cities orchard fans. Chris’ Apple Brat comes topped with crunchy coleslaw, chopped Honeycrisp apples, crispy bacon and savory bleu cheese. It’s an explosion of flavor and texture.
Original Apple Brats & Hot Dogs
You just can’t go wrong with a delicious hot dog or apple brat served fresh and hot on a cool fall day.
Honeycrisp Apple Salsa
Try our unique Honeycrisp Apple Salsa! Minnesota grown Honeycrisp apples with a little spicy kick make it a unique culinary experience. Goes perfectly with plate of crunchy chips.
Apple Pies
Our homemade pies are made from scratch, and are full of orchard-fresh ingredients. Buy a slice: we’ll even top it with ice cream if you want. Whole fresh-baked and take-and-bake frozen pies are available in the Apple Barn.
Apple Cookies & Doughnuts
Our famous apple oatmeal cookies (with chunks of real apples baked in!) are sure to please the whole family. Fresh apple cinnamon doughnuts are great with a glass of warm cider. Eat ‘em at the orchard. Take home a dozen for later.
Minnesota Wines
Just about everything we serve pairs well with a glass of award-winning Minnesota wine from our on-site winery, Saint Croix Vineyards. You can get it in a glass, taste it in a flight, and take a bottle home!
Apple Cider
Nothing but apples. Our cider is freshly pressed, with nothing added. Not too sweet and not too tart. Served by the glass, hot or cold. Grab a gallon or half-gallon in the apple barn. Try a “Cozy Apple Cider”—hot cider with caramel and whip cream. YUM!
Minnesota Hard Cider
Located right at the orchard, Thor’s Hard Cider offers hard cider made from farm fresh-pressed, full-strength, locally-grown apple with NO preservatives.
Amazing things happen when you toss some Minnesota Honeycrisp mixed with tart Haralson and a few other varieties into the press—and then let the cold fermentation process do its magical thing.
From the first apple being picked, to the cap being pressed on our bottles, the entire process happens at Aamodt’s Apple Farm. Now that’s what we call ‘fresh-from-the-orchard’!
